Mr. Edward Calt’s work experience ranges from engineering to corporate finance. He has over thirty years financial experience as a CFO of an international airline, controller of an environmental engineering firm and division controller of a Fortune 500 company, and partner in a private equity fund. He has served on the board for profit and not for profit organizations. Currently he is one of less than 500 individuals certified by the Institute of Business Appraisers. Mr. Calt’s formal education includes an MS in Management/Finance, MS in Management, and a BS in Mechanical Engineering.
