Jean Pullen is a mechanical engineer and energy analyst in the City of Atlanta’s Division of Sustainability. She has over 25 years of experience analyzing and implementing energy conservation projects in existing buildings. Projects focus on energy efficiency, renewable energy, conservation, waste-to-energy projects such as biogas recovery from wastewater treatment and landfills, anaerobic digestion of organic municipal waste, solar thermal and photovoltaic systems, and alternative fuel vehicles. Jean performs strategic energy and water conservation planning, greenhouse gas analysis, and is overseeing conservation and efficiency project analysis in City of Atlanta facilities. Jean is a Professional Engineer, Certified Energy Manager, and LEED Accredited Professional.
